1. Product Availability & Descriptions
All of our products are handmade in small batches and availability may vary. We do our best to keep product listings accurate, including descriptions, pricing, and images. However, we reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value due to seasonal availability or supply limitations.

2. Orders & Payment
All orders must be placed through our website. Full payment is required at the time of checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and other listed payment methods through our secure online checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

3. Delivery & Shipping Policy
We currently offer local delivery within Johnson County, Kansas for most of our baked goods and perishable items. Pickup is not available.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. We cannot guarantee redelivery or refund for failed deliveries due to:

Shipping:
Some items are available for shipping within the United States. Shipping availability and rates will be shown at checkout, based on your location and item selection.
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers, but if your item arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours and include photos so we can assist.

4. Cancellations & Changes
Because our products are perishable and made to order, we cannot accommodate same-day cancellations or changes once the baking process has begun. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to assist.

5. Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been made or delivered.
If you experience an issue with your order—such as a missing item, delivery damage, or an error on our part—please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. For more details, see our Refund Policy.

6. Allergen Disclaimer
Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, wheat, and other common allergens. While we follow best practices to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products. Customers with severe allergies should use discretion before ordering.
