Love, Hope, and Friendship: A February Filled With Sweet Memories

February has a way of slowing us down just enough to notice what really matters. It’s not only about Valentine’s Day cards or boxes of chocolate—it’s about the people (and furry companions!) who make our lives sweeter every single day.

This month, we wanted to do something a little different. Something meaningful. Something that feels like home.

So many of our most treasured memories are tied to the kitchen. Baking with a grandmother who never measured anything. Learning a favorite recipe from mom. Helping dad sneak a taste before the cookies were done. Making a mess with kids, or baking quietly while a loyal dog waited nearby for crumbs. These moments stay with us long after the dishes are done.

February felt like the perfect time to honor those stories.

A Valentine’s Treat Made to Share 💕

Just in time for the season of love, we’re excited to introduce our Sweetheart Raspberry Thumbprint Cookies. These delicious little bites are light and buttery, with a gentle hint of almond flavoring and a bright raspberry center. Each cookie truly is one perfect bite.

They’ve already been a hit with friends and family—the kind of treat where people say they’ll have just one… and then come back for another. Whether you’re sharing them with someone special, gifting them to a friend, or enjoying them during a quiet moment to yourself, they’re made to leave a lasting impression.

A Simple Valentine Craft With Heart ✂️

Looking for a thoughtful Valentine’s surprise you can make with loved ones? Try this easy and meaningful idea:

Memory Recipe Cards

All you need are blank cards or pieces of cardstock. Write down a favorite baking memory, a cherished family recipe, or even a short note about someone you love. Decorate them with drawings, stickers, pressed flowers, or handwriting from little hands. Slip the card into a cookie box, recipe tin, or Valentine envelope.

It’s a small gesture—but one that can be treasured for years.

Share Your Baking Story With Us 💌

This February, we’d love to hear your story.

Do you have a special memory centered around baking and someone important in your life? It could be about a grandmother, mother, father, spouse, child, friend, or even a beloved pet. Those moments—big or small—are worth celebrating.

We invite you to share:

  • Who your story is about

  • A baking memory that holds a special place in your heart

Your story could be about a special bond you shared with your mother, father, grandparent, spouse, child, close friend, or anyone who played an important role in your life—someone whose presence, love, or lessons are forever tied to a baking memory you hold dear.

We’ll be selecting 2–3 stories to feature, and the #1 Best Story will receive a $50 gift certificate as a thank-you for sharing such a meaningful memory with our community.

February is about love, hope, and friendship—and nothing brings those things together quite like baking and sharing something made from the heart. We can’t wait to celebrate your stories with you.

With warmth and gratitude,
